Caleb turned 5 months old on Friday, November 25th. He's such a big boy! He laughs all the time and thinks that Mom and Dad are so funny! I'm sure that'll change in about 7 years. :) Also, he's doing a great job of sitting up by himself (as long as there's a hand to catch him when he loses his balance). We're also trying some different solid foods. Caleb wasn't a huge fan of rice cereal, so we tried some other foods and he loved them! We tried some sweet potatoes, carrots, peas and bananas. He LOVED the bananas!!! I couldn't put the spoon in his mouth fast enough! Although most of the bananas ended up on his face or his bib, he seemed to be enjoying them.
We had a great Thanksgiving as well! We shared our Thanksgiving meal with my Mom's family in Northfield. Also, we had a chance to go and pick out our Christmas tree as well the weekend after Thanksgiving and since the weather was so nice, Caleb got to go as well. He loves looking at the tree with the lights on it and keeps trying to grab the branches of the tree and pull.
